CHA recently launched “Our House,” its first podcast series designed to help residents better understand the agency and the programs and services that are available to them.
Hosted by CHA Manager of Resident Engagement Crystal Palmer, Our House is an entertaining and educational take on all things CHA.
In the first episode, Crystal talks with Claudice Ware to break down everything residents need to know about the 2025 Local Advisory Council (LAC) elections. From candidate qualifications to electronic voting, Claudice walks listeners through the entire election process and how CHA residents can get involved, stay informed, and make their voices heard.
Other episodes include Crystal Palmer sitting down with Jeremy Dunn to explore how CHA is bridging the digital divide for residents and Kristen Hamer talking about CHA’s nonprofit Springboard to Success and the upcoming Operation Warm.
