Rebecca Walker Apartments is a 40-unit property located in Chicago's Austin community. * Rental Assistance is funded through HUD's Moderate Rehabilitation program. Participants of the Mod Rehab program are ONLY able to transfer to a Public Housing, PBV or HCV property through a new waitlist application. * Applicants must be a single-person household, with documented homelessness and documentation of a disability. Single person houeholds must have an income below $39,250 (2024 HUD income updated annually). * Preference is given to Applicants that agree to share information with other homeless agencies and must be current with the Chicago Coordinated Entry System.
