Property Description

Sarah's Circle offers two properties containing is 51-studio units that provide supportive housing to homeless women in Chicago's Uptown community. CHA provides rental assistance through its Project Based Voucher (PBV) program. * Preference is given to Applicants that agree to share information with other homeless agencies and must be current with the Chicago Coordinated Entry System. Homeless preference is reviewed monthly. * Documentation of a disability required. * Women Only. * Single-Person household only with adjusted income below $39,250 (2024 HUD income adjusted annually) * All units are furnished Studios with all utilities provided. * Smoke-free building. * On-site supportive services available for residents. * Note: Building requirements are established by the individual property and not by the CHA.
