Washington Park Apartments is a 62-unit property located in Chicago's Washington park community. * Rental Assistance is funded through HUD's Moderate Rehabilitation program to 31 units. Participants of the Mod Rehab program are ONLY able to transfer to a Public Housing, PBV or HCV property through a new waitlist application. * All units are studios. All utilities, including electricity is provided. * Applicants must be a single-person household, with documented homelessness. * Single person houeholds must have an income below $39,250 (2024 HUD income updated annually). * Preference is given to Applicants that agree to share information with other homeless agencies and must be current with the Chicago Coordinated Entry System.
