CHA and the Federal Government Shutdown

The federal government shutdown is now in effect, and like many public housing agencies nationwide, the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) will experience some impacts.  At this time, CHA operations will continue without disruption. We have prepared contingency plans for situations like this, and we are confident in our ability to sustain operations and services. Our commitment to providing safe, stable housing and supportive services for residents remains our highest priority.
